Confirming Your Request
We will attempt to contact you about your request by the phone number(s) provided within 24 hours (excluding days of closure). At that time, we can answer any questions you might have and help you decide the best options. This is only a booking request. Your appointment will be confirmed when you are contacted by the studio by phone.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
All New Clients must pay in full for their first appointment at the time of booking. In the case of a Course we require payment in full to confirm and guarantee your booking. This can be done by credit card on the phone or by visiting the studio before your appointment. Let us know if we are to mail your receipt or hold for you to pick up at the studio.
All Session purchases are non-refundable and have a 6 month-expiration from date of purchase; purchases for Courses, such as the 6-Week Beginner Pilates, expire at the end of the course.
Any Cancellation or No Show, which is not supplied with 24-hours notice, will attract a Fee of one full session.
