Gyrotonic® is new to Australia, but used throughout the world for developing freedom of movement, strength and mobility, featuring in many rehabilition centres in Germany.
How do you begin?
Just give us a call to make your first appointment. Beginning with your Initial Assessment, you'll learn the use of breath and your abdominal centre to create fluid and pain-less movement; visualization techniques to improve body awareness; create new, more efficient habits of movement; improve posture, flexibility, strength and muscle tone; and have fun!
Our studio is fully equipped, private and tranquil. All sessions occur under a high degree of supervision (either one-on-one or in small groups of no more than three students) ensuring safety and faster results. We also offer discounts for multi-visit purchases and Concession rates for Seniors and full-time students.
